Terms of Sale

Most items sold by The Stone Hoard are natural mineral specimens, and most are one of a kind — when a unique piece sells, it's gone. Because these are real stones, not manufactured products, variation in color, size, and inclusions between photos and the physical piece is normal and expected, not a defect.

We sell real crystals as game-table props, collectibles, and decor for tabletop gamers. We make no healing, medical, or metaphysical claims about any item we sell, and nothing on this site should be read as one. If a listing describes an item using in-world fantasy flavor text, that flavor text is creative writing, not a factual claim about the stone's properties.

All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include shipping unless noted. Prices may change at any time before you complete checkout; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

During an Instagram or TikTok live sale, commenting CLAIM #CODE places a binding 48-hour hold on that item for you. If you are a registered buyer with a saved card on file, commenting CLAIM #CODE constitutes your authorization for The Stone Hoard to charge that saved card for the item at end-of-live settlement, per the consent you gave when you registered — subject to a per-live spending cap we enforce on saved-card charges for your protection.

If your hold expires without payment (for buyers without a saved card) or without a completed settlement charge, the item restocks automatically and becomes available again. Repeatedly letting claims expire without payment may result in a strike against your account, and repeated strikes may limit or suspend your ability to claim items in future lives.

We reserve the right to cancel any order — including a claimed item — before it ships, for reasons such as a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or a natural stone's condition making it unfit to sell. If we cancel your order, we'll refund any amount charged in full.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for details on how card-on-file information is handled.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
